Management Team

Ohad Lavi, CEO

Joining Neurotech in Mid-2015 as CEO, Ohad has overall 19 years' worth of experience in the medical field for both Pharma products and Medical devices, both in multinational and national companies. Between 2000-2007 while working for J&J Ohad helped manage the general surgery division for the EMEA market, launching surgical products from inception until commercialization, and winning awards for developing methodologies around increasing ROI from marketing and training activities. Ohad also effectively managed sales and marketing teams both in Israel and in international markets. In 2008 Ohad set-up a surgical franchise at a local distribution firm in Israel, to include production of surgical products for international markets a franchise that ultimately was sold off as a limited M&A. Next, Ohad served as VP sales at ETview, a publically traded company where he managed to turn around a struggling venture into a growing and successful business, leading eventually to an M&A. In parallel to his role at Neurotech, Ohad serves as non-executive chairman at WCS Healthcare and at Voyager Medical Research. Education:. B.Sc. (life science), Post-graduate in Business Management and BA in Psychology.

Maggi Rubin Cohen, VP products, Research psychologist

Maggi manages exploratory, planning and execution activities of the company's products. In her MA degree in Psychology from Tel Aviv University, her research focused on the brain activity associated with memory consolidation processes. Maggi has 10 years of experience in managing software development teams.

"I can be very focused and engaged in a conversation, until something triggers a thought about a task I need to take care of… I usually make sure not to forget it and only then can refocus on the conversation."

Eran Sandel, VP Sales

Eran has a Master's Degree (M.Sc) from the Israeli Hebrew University in Animal Science with research experience in genetics and molecular biology. Eran has gained a lot of experience for the past few years in the field of Attention difficulties and ADHD at particular after working with hundreds of specialist doctors and clinicians worldwide.

Philip Belder, CTO

An experienced CTO specializing in development of cutting edge Web applications, Philip has 18 years of experience in multiple positions in software development field including 12 years of management experience in international software companies and startups.
Philip has a proven history of foundation and management of outsourced teams which is successfully applied in the current company’s structure.

Aviram Salomon, QA Manager

Aviram is an Industrial Engineer B.Sc.
Aviram has been working in Neurotech for the last 8 years. Aviram is the product manager of MOXO product, the QA manager of the company and responsible of the Technical support for all Neurotech’s products.

Uri Tamir, Global sales director

Uri Tamir is a Biomedical engineer, specialized in BioMechanics, graduated cum laude at BGU University, currently doing his MBA in the Israeli open university.
Uri has vast experience in the industry of medical software and had worked as a sales and BDM director in international markets for over 8 years.

Noga Man, Local sales manager

Noga has done her degree in Social science in the Tel Aviv University.
Noga has been working as a service provider in the last 10 years, in various companies. In the last 4 years, Noga has been working in Neurotech as an instructor and a professional service provider.

Megi Franko, office and HR Manager

Megi has been working as an administrative manager in high-tech companies for the last 17 years.
Megi's work includes account management, vendor relation management and HR.

Noa Kezurer, Product Manager

Noa is a Biomedical Engineer with a Master’s degree (M.Sc) in Medical Science from Ben Gurion University, with research in the field of neuroscience and behavior.
Noa has recently finished an extensive research project in the area of blood vessels at Bar Ilan University, and has a wide knowledge and experience in planning and conducting pre-clinical trials, mathematical modeling, statistical analysis and academic writing.

Keren Peleg, Product Manager

I'm a Cognitive Psychologist, graduated my BA and MA at BGU universety. My thesis dealt with mood influences on attention and visual perception.

My former position in Neurotech-solutions included Professional Training and Support. Currently, I'm a part of the Product management team, working on exciting new ways to challenge your attention.

Prof. Gil Goldzweig Ph.D.

Gil is a Clinical & Medical psychologist. He is an associate Professor and the dean of the school of behavioral sciences at the Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Israel.

Gil Goldzweig is a child and adolescent psychotherapy expert and an author of more than 50 academic papers (published in peer review journals) and book chapters.

Dr. Iris Barcuz Ph.D

Educational psychologist, CBT therapist, ADHD trainer
Center owner – treatment and training of cognitive behavior in children, adolescents and adults.
Therapist trainer in the field of ADHD, anxiety and social difficulties.
Lecturer in the field of CBT

Judith Rubinstein, M.A (Education)

Licensed to diagnose and manage learning disabilities and ADHD in Children and adults. For over three decades she has been applying her knowledge of didactical diagnostics to train and educate remedial teachers. In addition, works with children and parents as a personal trainer for attention deficit disorder.
